This is a git repository that is used for data and document storage for the STSCI 4740 Project at Cornell University.
The Main collaborators are Gloria D'Azevedo (gad87@cornell.edu) and Pihu Yadav (py82@cornell.edu)
In this project we are analyzing gene expressions for different mice to predict the response of another gene, Mapk1.
