Escape HTML codes in <code>

It would be quite awesome to escape code inside the . Because of the way Ecrire's editor works, this should be done server side.
Basically the rule would be to escape anything that comes after except so it's possible to close to tag and move on.
This is irrelevant now as it uses marked.js for its editor.
