Is it possible to mount ecrire to an existing Rails application as a Rails engine?

If that's possible, is there documentation anywhere on how to do that?
Unfortunately, no.
I built Ecrire has a separate application because the goal, at the time, was that if my app was going to fail, I could still blog to communicate with my customers.
