404 Error for XML files that supposedly have been uploaded (pgs.sh)

I am receiving 404 errors when I try to load these XML files on my pgs.sh site:

When I use sftp to see whether the file is in the project, the output suggests that they are indeed there (some of the output of ls when in the project directory):
