Clarify license

The LICENSE file includes the text of AGPLv3, but it is unclear if our license is "AGPLv3 only" or "AGPLv3 or later".

As mentioned in the license, we should put the copyright and license notice somewhere. As written there, it allows later versions of AGPL. Adding that notice should be enough to clarify the license.
