AV1 Suite: Wrong checksum for SVT-AV1 1.4.0. It is using the old 1.2.0 version.

[PROBLEM] pts/svt-av1-2.7.0 is not installed.

The workaround I used is .\phoronix-test-suite force-install av1 svt-av1 NO_FILE_HASH_CHECKS=TRUE
It the test runs without issue (except crashing explorer.exe once and it recovered).
