Is there any reason why `live_chart` is marked as private?

As in the topic, I am using live_chart for my custom LiveDashboard page and it works perfectly, I am just wondering, maybe we could make it public?
Because we want freedom to change the charting library anytime if desired. For us it is really an implementation detail. :)
