Phoenix.HTML.Safe for Version

I just ran into Version structs not being html safe. Is there a reason for them not being implemented? Otherwise I'd be happy to provide the implementation I just created.

I am not sure if it is the responsibility of this library to implement it for all structures? So for now I would say that, if you need it, you can go ahead and implement it yourself. :)
