Does not respond after moving a tab to new window (only on Firefox)

Describe the bug

After moving a tab to new window, i.e. detaching a tab, Vimium does not respond to any key operation, unless I click the webpage once, just like moving focus to this window, while the focus is already on this window before I click.

Note: Must click on the webpage area. Clicking on the browser UI (such as tool bar) does not work.

This bug only appear on Firefox. Tested with Chrome and there's no bug.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Move a tab to new window, with either of the method below:
   • using mouse to drag the tab
   • using the option Move Tab -> Move to New Window in tab context menu
   • using Vimium (pressing W)
   • using other add-on shortcut for detaching tab
2. Press any key for a Vimium function
3. Got not response untill clicking the webpage once.

This phenomenon has disappeared recently. I have no idea the reason why. Might related to the update of Firefox.
