Global Marks don't respect capital letters from caps lock

Describe the bug
Global Marks don't respect capital letters from caps lock, which is in opposition to the design of the rest of Vimium's use of keybinds.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set a Global Mark
- Using caps lock, press backtick and type the character associated with that mark.
- It tries to take you to a global mark, unless you're holding shift.
Browser and Vimium version
Done on Vivaldi via Chromium, on MacOS.
