[Request] Better handling of OSD in touch mode

On touchscreen devices, we would normally touch the screen to get the OSD to pop up. On estuary touching the middle of the screen causes the osd to appear, and immediately go away. If you touch the bottom or top of the screen the OSD appears and stays so it can be manipulated.
I'd like to request a small tweak added to the touch mode where the OSD will stay on screen after touch no matter what part of the screen is touched. Estouchy does this, for example.
Closing since I realize this has all moved to the main kodi repo.
