Is this skin still maintained ?

I noticed there have not been any changes or PRs accepted since 16 months and I wondered if this skin is still being maintained. Estuary is the default Kodi skin, so fixes and improvements are not being shipped to users.
Is there a need for help to maintain this skin ?

@ronie Thanks. Maybe we ought to tell other contributors/reporters and (why not?) archive this repository.
well... phil65 has been MIA for a while and the problem is i (we) do not have admin access to this repo.
btw, the 'standard' way to find out where a certain addon is being maintained is the look at the addon.xml file of the addon:

Ok, I guess this means this issue will remain open and on the top of the list.
