Integration into MkDocs

Right now, MkNodes is a bit weirdly embedded into other MkDocs plugins (literate-nav and especially gen-files). While these plug-ins are super-awesome and well -written, at some point it might still make sense to handle more stuff ourselves, and become more of a standalone plugin for mkdocs.
