Swipe inside another swipeable component

Hello,
In my case I used this inside a material top tab navigator of react navigation v5.
Which is also a swipeable component. And when i swipe in the carousel it swipes in the top tab navigator's screens not in the carousel images.
Is there any way to prevent this somehow?
