Command Lists / Groups as Popup or Prompt Windows

Describe the feature
It would be great to create custom Lists of assorted commands that can be collected in either a popop window or prompt window and that could then be summoned be a keyboard shortcut for each different list.
Does this fix a problem? If so, specify.
Obsidian has a lot of useful commands and plugins add even more. It can become very difficult to either remember all keyboard shortcuts or the correct wording of a command to search for it. Creating named custom lists or groups of commands could remedy some of the mental load of remembering everything.
