Ribbon Icons not maintaining position

Describe the bug
Since Obsidian was updated to allow ordering of the Ribbon toolbar, Workspace Ribbon icons (via Workspace Plus plugin) and other Ribbon icons revert to the order from before the update. Any new Workspace Icons added since that update go automatically to the top of the Ribbon as soon as they are pressed and stay at the top.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Add Ribbon Workspace Icon in Commander
- Order Ribbon icons by drag/drop or in Obsidian settings
- Press on a new Ribbon Icon
Expected Behavior
The Icon should stay in place in the Ribbon bar. Instead, new icons move up to the top.
