[Bug]: At least once a day Obsidian reports a Commander update

Describe the bug
This happens in macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad. Obsidian 1.0.3/1.1.9/1.1.12; mobile 1.4.1/1.4.2.
The last release of Commander was 0.4.9 (2022-12-21), but for some reason multiple vaults on multiple systems keep reporting a Commander update available. Updating seems fine but then there's an update a day or so later with the same vault. Tried removing Commander in a few vaults and re-installing, but updates keep popping up. Not sure what's going on.

Steps to reproduce
Check for updates in Community Plugins. Commander reports an update even though 0.4.9 is installed.
