Describe the feature
A draggable interface panel that can go in the sidebar or elsewhere full of custom commands.
Does this fix a problem? If so, specify.
e.g. Interface clutter, limited space, window view/layout/theme changes (e.g. hiding status bar, ribbon fullscreen etc), lack of position flexibility, small interactive area, lack of visual prominence.
