Filenames on examples.phaser.io are different than in the repo -> stuff doesn't work

Currently, none of the filter examples seem to work (for example! har har). The repo version starts with a capital letter, that's what the code expects, but the file on the server is all lower case.
Hmm, further research indicates that it's not REALLY about the file names. I can't tell what's wrong but the examples don't work.
The Filters need copying from the Phaser repo into the Filters folder. That's all it is. I didn't want to duplicate them in this repo as well, as they live in the Phaser repo really.
