Tonel ignores MCVersion package name

When Tonel writes a MCVersion (writeVersion:), it just writes its snapshot. Snapshot itself does not know the name and needs to guess it from the categories so it may happen that even though the package name is well known, the output file directory is corrupted because it is guessed from the category name
