I modified the pgina-3.1.8.0 source package source code, how to compile and package pgina?
My IDE is Visual Studio 2017.
Found in the source pGinaBuild.msbuild.xml file and Installer folder.
But do not know how to use?

Use the Inno Setup can packet pgina.
