pGina ignored on Windows Server 2016 Core

matt-deboer opened this issue · comments

Installing version 3.2.4.1 on a windows server 2016 core machine, RDP login attempts generate no activity in the pGina logs, and fail with "User name or password is incorrect" messages.

Using the simulator to log in a user (with LDAP plugin) succeeds, creating the local user--after which logins succeed (although these future logins still do not use pGina, but the local account that pGina created in the simulation).

How can I configure pGina to be the default credential provider in a windows server 2016 machine?

You need to disable NLA first and then try to login
