Proposal

I want to be able to use Pezzo for monitoring and caching with LangChain.

I don't have much experience, but I've been focusing my efforts on learning LangChain and this souds like it would be very useful. I'd like to help in any way I could.

One question: Do you know by any chance if LangSmith already has some of the features we see in Pezzo?

@joaomorossini LangSmith possibly has some overlapping features. LangSmith, however, isn't an open-source solution.

For this particular issue I'd really like to have somebody with extensive Python + LangSmith experience to pick it up. It's not a simple one :)
