The solution contains a web application which allows users to select a region on a satellite map which has missing, incomplete or unclear imagery data (due to censorship or cloudy status). The user can switch between free providers such as Google, Yahoo and Bing, and make final decision to fill up a request for tasking a new imagery. In the second phase,the system compares all incoming requests based a different factors and provides visual reports for all registered locations thus clarifies where the most need is congested. The user can also post his demand statement on Facebook and Twitter to attract more friends and family members to support his aim.
