Stuck with 'yarn run build:none'. Is there something I am missing?

Is there any specific reason why you're building one of the dependencies inside the node_modules folder? That is not a recommended practice. I'm not even sure how dependencies would be resolved in that case, because there's no node_modules folder under node_modules/forge-server-utils.
