Dear Respected,
I have to ask that after getting the BMUS / Umatrix from clustering (winning neuron), lets suppose I have 10 by 10 matrix.
How can I get the cells separation, if I want to separate cells with some certain threshold.?
Can you guide in SOMOCLU.
I want to separate like with threshold above 0.5/0.6
Please help.
