GUI is hidden! (can't see the GUI for main window)

System Details:
- Operating System: win 10 x64
- Persepolis Version: 3.2.1
I download the latest version (persepolis_3.2.0.0_windows_64bit.exe) from download in GitHub (don't think the link is necessary)
Issue Description and steps to reproduce:
I've been using the application for years now but suddenly I can't use the application main GUI. I can still see the download prompt but can't pause or resume or anything and unfortunately, I hide the download screen from GUI so I can't control my download from that or anywhere but that's beside the point is there anyways that I can fix this hidden window issue.
I couldn't compile the code from windows as well so I couldn't fix it or search for the bug,
What I did:
uninstalled the application with a clean registry wipe (with the uninstaller of windows and with the software uninstaller in the application directory
install it again and nothing works for now
the application is shown on the system tray and taskbar
it happed once on another pc of mine and I just gave up using it.
