@perak I previously suggested that it would be great if there would be a standalone version of the Meteor Kitchen UI available. I would volunteer to create a Docker image of the UI application, maintain it for version updates etc. and put it on Docker Hub. This could also be a private image in case you don't want to share it with the world.
