Database for answers does not get updated after attempting to update question bank questions

Describe the bug
Question Banks fails to be deleted after pressing "Delete Question Bank" button
To Reproduce
- Go to /dashboard/teacher/question-banks
- Select the first existing question bank
- Website should be directed to /dashboard/teacher/question-banks/1
- Select "Edit" button
- Make some edits to the question answers.
- Nothing happens to the question answers shown in the table.
- Postgres Database shows no change in the entries that was supposed to change too
This bug seems to occur if ID for answer is > 4.
