VS2013 Support on Visual Studio Gallery

It looks like support for VS2013 was recently merged in, which is great! If you get a spare moment, it would also be nice to see support for VS2013 pushed to Visual Studio Gallery to make it easier to find/install:

Thanks for an awesome extension! It boggles me that ReSharper still doesn't have this built-in.
