Embedding fonts to the existent pdf

It'll be great to have option to embed specific font (all used fonts or it's subset) to an existent pdf file.
In my case, I have hundreds of pdf uses very special font, and I have this font in ttf. So, to distribute these files, I need to share the font too.

Do you think you can share/send me a small sample PDF and the font?
Would be a great help in getting this implemented.
