Users that Reacted modal window need more consistent background
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set reaction to message
- Open Reaction in message menu
- Check modal window
- See error
Expected behavior
Consistent background

That RocketChat/Rocket.Chat#22752 could lead to fix
Seems to be resolved as of 3.18.1
