Loading BLOB data from file

Would be nice to enable direct uploading BLOB data from file.
This is currently only possible in the "Image" tab of the editing window. As a workaround, non-image data can also be loaded here, but there is no reason why binary data should not also be loaded in the "hexedecimal" tab.
