This applicaton uses external crypto api to get data for cryptocurrencies, it exposes two endpoints to play with
Exposed endpoints:
- get exchange forecast from one crypto to others including fee

- get rates for specified crypto to selected ones (filter), if no filter is specified, will output all known rates
