Landing page for the DevKit needs to change

We need to change the landing page URL when someone successfully installs the DevKit. Currently, it has https://www.pavedroad.io/Tooling.hmtl

Wordpress doesn't allow you to save a URL with a ".html", so it displays 404 page not found.

Instead, can the landing page be https://www.pavedroad.io/godevkitlanding
