This only needs to work for the datamgr template
A microservice is created using templates. Templates are customized using a definition file written in yaml.
We want a basic web service that reads a definition file, displays the content, and allows the user to edit a subset of attributes. Those are:
Tab 1 Information fields:
Support changing text attributes
Tab 5 Schema
Support adding tables and their associated columns
