Save links to the most recent N traces in client storage

No auth is needed, just save the last N (maybe 50-100?) uploaded trace links and their creation date in localStorage and show the links when going to trace.cafe. I frequently need to reference a bunch of traces I uploaded yesterday but I can't find them easily.
This was/is a GREAT idea and I'm sad I didn't get to it until now.
