convert image dpi value from 96x96 to 100x100

How to use this tool to convert an image with dpi of 96x96 to 100x100 ?

Have your source image in 96x96 and choose scale type "width in dp" and set it to 100 (since it is square it should not matter if you choose fixed height or width
