Incrementally update Playstation playlists instead of re-writing?

I want to use various different Retroarch KMFDManic cores with various PSX games to fix those that have problems with the default core. This is not possible with the transfer function active as it re-writes the Playstation playlists and resets the core associations every time the PSC is re-booted. I would like to request that the playlist generation function incrementally updates the list rather than re-writing it.

FYI, I know I can switch off generating playlists in Bleemsync settings, but that eliminates the useful transfer function and also causes all the thumbnails for Playstation-External playlist to be deleted (It doesn't appear to delete those for the Playstation-Internal playlist).
