This is our team's code for the 2019 NeurIPS Reproducibility Challenge. We replicated a subset of results from "Transfusion: Understanding Transfer Learning for Medical Imaging" by Raghu et al. . This repo contains pytorch-lightning implementations of ResNet50 and InceptionV3 trainers for the Kaggle Diabetic Retinopathy Challenge dataset, with easy transfer learning.
