Hello, I made transaction btc on my wallet (particl) . In Blockchain all transactions were confirmed but btc has not come

Hi @rynomster, The transfer was made from a third-party exchange to my wallet Particl Copay. In the blockchain network, the transaction is completed, it also shows that the funds came to the wallet and are there. But the transfer is not displayed in the app and there are no funds in fact

Could you please check which bws server the wallet is pointing to? Hi the settings button on the top right, then go to Wallet service URL. Are you on Discord or riot?

Did you sent it to your Copay app? I'm not sure what "back office" you are referring to?
