Feature request: Option to select graphic card for hosting

Hi,

I'm using parsec client on multiple devices (linux desktop, android phone, windows desktop) , and my host is running on win10 server on an intel nuc machine with amd graphics(hades canyon)., it also has an intel integrated gpu, but it doesn't seem to work any of the procedures described on the articles to make it run with the intel gpu.

Any advice to make it work? i'm testing the Rainway app also and it has a graphic card selector for hosting purposes, it let me host with intel gpu, but it has some issues handling resolutions.

BTW, didn't knew if this repo is the correct place to make this request, (I didnt find a "parsec client" repo to report issues on the client app).
