AppCenter brand colors don't pass the contrast check

Describe the bug
The chosen brand colors in your appdata.xml don't pass the contrast check. This means it could be hard for folks to read if they have a vision disability or a display with poor contrast reproduction.
Currently the chosen colors achieve a contrast rating of 2.5:1 which is below WCAG A level
Expected behavior
We usually advise striving for WCAG AA level contrast which is 4.5:1 or higher
