error for Subject #31

Thank you for this awesome work. I just took a quick look at COVID19-Korea-2020-03-25.xlsx and noticed that Subject 31 from Daegu has 170 contacts. This should be 1160 contacts as this was the case from a religious group?
So I think there may be a systematic shifts in the data and this can be fixed easily by double checking the data importing procedure.

The KCDC stopped providing information on the number of identified contacts since February 20 and so I stopped keeping track of them since then (that's probably why I didn't notice it until now)...
