Relationship Bug

Alright so basically during a recent playthrough I noticed my pawns lost their relationship status specifically Brother - Sister. This always happened when their opinion of the other got above a threshold I believe it was around 50 both ways, They lose their blood relation status and just becomes friends also losing the + 20 opinion for being related. Upon research everyone says it is a vanilla bug that has happened for the longest time but I decided to recreate it and remove all my mods slowly to find out which one was causing it, upon finally removing harmony as it is required by most other mods and isolating adding and removing it, it appears that Harmony is the cause there is no log or error message the relation just disappears but when Harmony was not active they could reach 100 opinion of each other with ease however when Harmony was enabled they lost the relation on a seemingly opinion threshold. The way I recreated this was trying to get any 2 pawns with a blood relation in the starting pawns box them up with godmode and once the social opinion reached the threshold see if they lost their relation status.
