Unable to download the code repository

Hi Team,
i wanted to use jspdf for creating and merging all the pdf in one single doc. On my reserach i found it very useful.
but the issue is i am not able to clone or downlaod the code repository getting "SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate in certificate chain"" error. please advice
git -c http.sslVerify=false clone https://github.com/parallax/jsPDF.git this fixed the issue.
