Cannot declare interface EncoderInterface

PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare interface EncoderInterface, because the name is already in use in ParagonIE/ConstantTime/EncoderInterface.php
- What version of this library are you using?
- What project are you using this library in?
Using the latest release. But not using namespaces (as that exceeds my knowledge level, admittedly). So I was rewriting the includes. But everything seems to be ok so far now.
I also need to speak with you guys about licensing options. If you don't mind, @boionfire81 (a) gmail.com
