Don't specify a lack of support for graphing usage of AMD GPUs

It looks like @D-Brox may have already finished this in his fork! =)
Oh, my bad, this is already supported thanks to #641 😁 The graph and tooltip data were just blank when I enabled it, but perhaps I didn't wait long enough for the default 5 second tick the first time.
Looks like the '** Only Nvidia GPUs supported so far **' should be removed from bottom of the GPU settings page then.
Also, my attempt didn't work like 50% of the time, it showed either 0Gb of VRAM or the 3Gb it actually had
Ah ha. Well, good effort regardless
