Browser configuration

Would be nice to have a configuration entry for browser.
I tried this plugin in windows, and since I don't have chrome in PATH environment variable, this plugin was unable to lauch it.
I would like to use .vimrc to configure:
let g:voogle_browser=
Give #2 a quick look.
