How to setup a simple Monitoring system for Kong services in docker environment using prometheus and grafana?

Sometimes my services are getting some error responses or some services are failing due to bad service configurations. Therefore I would like to know how to easily setup a monitoring system for all my kong services using prometheus and grafana? I couldn't find an appropriate tutorial where I can configure prometheus plugin in kong and visualize kong services!
Please help, I am quite new to Kong!
